MISS GREENE COUNTY
Participants must be a resident of Greene County, New York and at least eighteen (18) and under twenty-seven (27) years of age on January 1, 2009. Must be single (never married), never given birth to a child nor are you a parent.

MISS GREENE COUNTY TEEN
Participants must be a resident of Greene County, New York and at least thirteen (13) and/or under seventeen (17) years of age on January 1, 2009. You must be single (never married), never given birth to a child nor are you a parent.

ALL PARTICIPANTS
Participants must be of good health and moral character and a naturally born female.
Participants must be a female resident of Greene County, New York and at least one of the following must be true:

Participants must now reside in Greene County, New York in a permanent and/or primary residence for a period of at least three (3) months immediately prior to the beginning of the county pageant (although they may have attended college or University elsewhere)
-or-
Participants must have resided in Greene County, New York as a full-time student at a college or university for one entire semester immediately prior to the beginning of the county pageant, and are continuing to reside in as a full-time student (although they may have spent or be spending the summer in another county)

Participants must agree that if selected to represent MISS GREENE COUNTY OR MISS GREENE COUNTY TEEN 2009 they will abide by all the rules and regulations governing the pageant.

Participants must be willing to release, unconditionally and forever, any claim against Miss Greene County, Its parent and affiliated or related companies and their respective officers, directors, partners, employees, agents and assigns, which they may have by virtue of their participation in their county pageant, or by any use of their name, likeness, voice, and/or biography in connection with their county pageant, including use in promotional and advertising material.

Participants must understand and agree that all issues as to eligibility shall be determined by Astara Enterprises, Inc., and they must agree to abide by that determination both as to themselves and other applicants.
